THIS MAYBE YOUR ELEVENTH HOUR!
“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early (6am) in the morning to hire labourers for his vineyard.
Now when he had agreed with the labourers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
And he went out about the third hour (9am) and saw others standing idle in the market place,
and said to them, ‘you also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right, I will give you’, so they went.
Again he went out about the sixth hour (12noon) and the ninth hour (3pm) and did likewise.
And about the eleventh hour (5pm) he went out and found others standing idle and said to them,’why have you been standing here idle all day?
They said to him ‘because no one hired us’. He said to them, ‘you also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right, you will receive.’
So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘call the labourers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first.’
And when those came who were hired at the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius.
But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more, and they likewise received each a denarius.
And when they received it, they complained against the landowner,
saying, these last men have worked only one hour, and you made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day.
But he answered one of them and said ‘friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius?
Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the same as to you.”.NKJV.
Child, man, woman of God, how’s your service to God and His people (vineyard)?
Are you still idling away, complaining that you have not been recognised or ‘ordained’?
Don’t you think that this maybe your eleventh hour (last opportunity) to live out God’s purpose in your life?
Are you also still complaining about that new believer or minister who has just been promoted to or above your level, even when you were there at the begining?
All belivers in Christ (irrespective of title or rank) are made the same promise of heaven, and eternal fellowship with the Father in eternity, no matter when you repented. Jn1:1-3.
Jesus needs labourers, join God’s workforce now, stop playing church.
If you are not born again, repent and forsake your sins to recieve Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
Begin to do your restitutions, make peace with those you offended, join other labourers in God’s labour movement, for this maybe your eleventh hour, your last opportunity to do so, heed this call and do the needfull.
Note that only holy and true labourers shall receive wages.
God bless you.
