For everyone who desires to have an effective walk with the Lord, you must become a master of God’s operations on the earth. Jesus taught here that the kingdom of God operates essentially on the basis of sowing and reaping and today I invite you to learn how to operate this kingdom principle:

1.      Do something that will produce the harvest that you want: You cannot wish for a particular type of harvest without doing the tasks that produce that harvest. If you desire to grow as a Christian, you must seek to find the tasks that lead directly to growing up as Christians or else your desire will end up as mere wishes. If you desire to be wealthy, then you need to search out the prescribed way of achieving and accumulating wealth through the word of God.

2.      If you don’t like the harvest that you are getting, change the seed you are sowing: Don’t complain about the darkness, simply light a candle! Don’t hide your laziness in the garb of complaints. Complaining about an outcome in your life, work, business or family will not solve the matter as much as changing the seed that you are sowing. Start sowing seeds of deeds, attention and effort that will lead to such outcomes today.

3.      When you see the fruit, the seed will be in itself: If your employer is complaining about you, or your spouse has grown cold towards you lately, or you are having poor results in your business, stand back and look at the problem in order to find the seeds that are leading to such fruits. When you discover those seeds, don’t just stop sowing them but replace them with positive seeds.

PRAYER: Lord, I declare CROP FAILURE over every negative seed I have sown that can affect my manifestations in life in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Bible in a year: Judges 7:1-8:17, Luke 23:13-43, Psalm 97:1-98:9, Proverbs 14:7-8
